An Elkhart to Goshen Memorial Day weekend tradition for the past 28 years has come to an end. Due to the lack of general funding and major sponsorships, Ron Schmanske (Founder/President/CEO of the Great Race, Inc.) has announced the cancellation of all Great Race events; and the Great Race Board of Directors have voted to move forward with the dissolution process.
